GF Properties Group’s portfolio continues to grow. Our focus is on the following areas:

• acquiring income-producing properties such as apartments, office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use properties that are located in attractive areas for investment where there exists a solid underlying long-term trend of growth in population and demand;
• providing asset management services for the properties in the portfolio, including real estate assets that are related to Growth Fund operations;
• investing capital in opportunities that meet the selection criteria adopted by the business, as they may be amended from time to time, and
• divesting assets as appropriate to optimize investment returns.

GF Properties Group works closely with two other Growth Fund entities, namely GF Development Group, LLC, a real estate development business, and Tierra Group, LLC, a residential and commerical construction business. GF Properties Group is alert to opportunities to integrate the activities of GF Development Group with its own activities, whereby GF Development Group explores properties that are suitable for long-term retention in the GF Properties Group portfolio.
