About Us

GF Properties Group, LLC is a diversified real estate operation with two divisions: the Investment Division and the Development Division. It is part of the Real Estate Group which, taken together, represent capabilities in real estate investment, real estate development, homebuilding and construction. The Investment Division’s portfolio of income-producing properties represents more than $100 million in equity investment and continues to grow. The Development Division focuses on master-planned community development such as its Three Springs project, a 682 acre mixed-use, master-planned project with potential for further expansion.
