GF Properties Group Development Division’s main focus is on traditional neighborhood design (TND). TND refers to communities that integrate various types of uses including housing, offices, shops, educational, civic and cultural facilities and has a town center. Emphasis is placed on pedestrian activity with most dwellings no more than a five minute walk from the center of town.
